The property is in a country environment and just a few KM's from supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful beaches. We are a family living on site so can assist you with any inquiries. Located in a great position at the start of the Great Ocean Road. Bells Estate was established many years ago and is widely recognized as a leading friendly and professional accommodation provider. The large 2BR Villa (bush garden cottage) is the only pet friendly cottage on site

I am a retired business person, having run my own successful printing, publishing and broadcasting businesses for many years. I enjoy meeting people and helping to make their stay enjoyable and memorable. When I'm not on site I can be found on a golf course.

We are just a few K's from Torquay and the main safe swimming beach and shopping centre. Our 10 acre property has a real country feel. A winery across the road with sheep and cattle farming nearby. There are lots of restaurants and outdoor dining places overlooking the ocean. Beautiful walks along the sand dunes as far as you want to go and many activities & play areas for the children. A 15 minute drive to the Waurn Ponds cinemas, activities centre and more shops & restaurants. For the surfing enthusiast Bells Beach is world renowned and just 5 minutes from Bells Estate.
